SIBERIA ON THE PLATE
What dishes of native inhabitants have been kept for a long time and what became a thing of the past? How was the Siberian cuisine influenced by the immigrants? Which of the local recipes could be added to our families' cookery books? The special project Siberia on the plate is a gastronomic adventure where you can meet different Siberian regions, their history and culture of the daily routine by means of a piece of fish pie or a smoking mug of currant tea.
